?What is Heaven and Hell in your daily life

Hi Paulo, Earthly heaven and Hell is created by us. What we think and feel in our concious plays out in our 3rd dimensionsal reality. We have the power to change all of this. Hell is created by us and heaven is created by us. We can change our vibrational energy to attract our heaven. My advice is, it’s not best dwelling on what our hell is. Don’t think about it, think about what your
heaven is. many thanks.Liz
